1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by Lim Wei Liang, Registered Real Estate Negotiator REN 69435, practising under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd [E(1)1584]. It is an independent marketing and information site and is not the developer's official corporate website. References to "we" and "us" mean the site operator.

2. Purpose of the site

The site exists to provide information about Linari Kwasa Damansara, to publish general guidance on buying a new residential development in Malaysia, and to allow you to make an enquiry. It does not sell property, take bookings, accept payments, or hold money of any kind. No payment should ever be made to the site operator or to any personal account. Booking fees and deposits are payable only to the developer or its appointed solicitor, against an official receipt.

3. No offer or contract

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, an invitation to treat capable of acceptance, or a contract. Submitting an enquiry creates no reservation, priority, allocation or entitlement to any unit or price. A binding transaction arises only under a sale and purchase agreement executed with the developer.

4. Accuracy and changes

Project information is reproduced from the developer's marketing package and may become outdated between updates. We may change, correct or remove any content at any time without notice. Where site content conflicts with the developer's approved advertising permit, price list, approved plans or sale and purchase agreement, those documents prevail. See the full Disclaimer.

5. No professional advice

Content on this site is general information, not legal, tax, financial, investment or valuation advice. You are responsible for obtaining your own professional advice before making a decision.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or third-party contact details without that person's consent;
