Privacy & PDPA notice

This notice explains what personal data this website collects, who holds it, why, for how long, and how you get it deleted. It is issued under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

1. Who is the data user

The data user — the person who determines how your personal data is processed — is Lim Wei Liang, Registered Real Estate Negotiator REN 69435, practising under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd [E(1)1584], contactable at 26th Floor, Tower D, Millerz Square, 357 Jalan Klang Lama, 58000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; +60 10-509 5049; limweiliang1998@gmail.com.

The developer is not the data user for this website and does not receive your data unless you separately and expressly ask us to introduce you to them.

2. What we collect

• Details you give us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, and anything you type into the enquiry message field or send us by message.
• Technical data: if analytics or advertising tags are active on this site, your browser may pass on an IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed and time on page. This is collected in aggregate to measure how the site and its advertising perform.
• We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not ask for identity card numbers, income documents or bank details through this website.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to your enquiry and send the brochure, floor plans and current developer price list.
• To arrange a viewing or a call, and to follow up on that specific enquiry.
• To introduce you to the developer for a booking, but only if you ask us to.
• To keep records required of a registered negotiator and of the agency.
• To measure advertising performance in aggregate.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting the enquiry form or by contacting us directly. Supplying your data is voluntary; without a contact number or email we simply cannot reply.

4. Who your data is disclosed to

Your data may be disclosed to:

• IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, as the agency under which the negotiator practises, for internal record and compliance purposes.
• The developer or its appointed sales administrator, only where you have asked to proceed with a booking or a formal registration of interest.
• Service providers that host this website, deliver its forms, or provide analytics and advertising measurement, acting on our instructions.
• Authorities or regulators, where disclosure is required by Malaysian law.

We do not sell, rent, trade or syndicate your personal data to other agents, agencies, lead-generation networks or data brokers. Ever.

5. Transfers outside Malaysia

Some service providers used to host this site or deliver messages may store data on servers outside Malaysia. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the provider offers a comparable level of protection.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose it was given, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing transaction. After that it is deleted.

7. Security

Reasonable practical measures are taken to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including access-controlled devices and accounts. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may, at any time:

• ask what personal data of yours we hold, and request a copy;
• ask us to correct anything inaccurate or out of date;
• withdraw your consent and ask us to stop processing;
• ask us to stop contacting you for marketing, which we will action immediately;
• ask us to delete your data entirely.

To exercise any of these, message +60 10-509 5049 or email limweiliang1998@gmail.com with the words "delete my data" or "stop contacting me". No reason is required and no explanation will be asked for. Requests are actioned within 14 days.

9. Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site may use cookies or similar technologies through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and advertising platforms to understand traffic and to measure the performance of advertisements. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the informational parts of this site will still work. Opt out of Google Analytics measurement via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage advertising personalisation in your Google account settings.

10. Children

This website is directed at adults able to enter into a property transaction. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this notice

Any change to this notice is published on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting how your data is used will be reflected here before they take effect.

12. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how your data has been handled, contact us first — most issues are a misunderstanding and are fixed the same day. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner, Malaysia.
