This website is not the official corporate website of the developer. It is not owned, operated, controlled, authored or endorsed by the developer as its official channel. The developer has not reviewed the commentary, opinions or guidance published on this site, and is not responsible for any of it.

2. Use of the project name

The project name "Linari Kwasa Damansara" and the domain linari.com.my are used to identify the project being marketed. This use is descriptive and does not assert ownership of, or exclusive rights to, any trade mark, name or intellectual property belonging to the developer or its related companies. All trade marks, logos, plans and visuals remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced from the developer's marketing package for reference.

3. Marketing appointment

IQI Realty Sdn Bhd is an appointed marketing agency assisting in the sales promotion of Linari Kwasa Damansara for the developer, Linari Damansara Sdn Bhd (1118165-V), a subsidiary of Serene Impian Development Sdn Bhd [200601037644 (757404-T)]. That appointment permits marketing and introduction of prospective purchasers. It does not make this website an official developer channel, and it does not authorise the site operator to bind the developer to anything.

4. Accuracy of information

All descriptions, dimensions, specifications, layout plans, artist's impressions, facility lists, indicative pricing and completion expectations published on this site are reproduced from the developer's marketing materials as issued at the time of publication. They are provided for general information only.
