APDL & developer licence

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Every licensed housing development in Malaysia carries a developer's licence and an Advertising and Sale Permit. Both are issued under the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966. Here are the details for this project so you can check them yourself.

Why this page exists

Most marketing sites bury this. Publishing it is the simplest way for you to check that what you have been shown matches what was actually approved — on this site or anyone else’s.

How to check a permit yourself

  1. Ask the sales gallery for a copy of the APDL. A licensed developer will produce it without hesitation.
  2. Check that the permit is within its validity period on the date you are buying.
  3. Check that the project name, land title, unit count, unit sizes and price range on the permit match what you have been shown in marketing material — including on this website.
  4. Cross-check the developer's licence status through the Ministry of Local Government Development (KPKT), which maintains records of licensed housing developers.
If anything does not match, stop and ask. A mismatch between advertised figures and the permit is exactly the kind of discrepancy you are entitled to have explained in writing before paying a booking fee. This applies to material published on this site as much as to anyone else's.

Our own position

We are a registered negotiator marketing this project under an appointed agency. We do not issue permits, and we cannot certify the developer's compliance. What we can do is publish the permit details as given to us, keep the figures on this website consistent with them, and correct anything you find that is wrong.
