Who runs this website

One registered negotiator, one project, one phone number. That is the whole operation.

The person

This site is built and maintained by Lim Wei Liang, a Registered Real Estate Negotiator (REN 69435) practising under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd [E(1)1584] in the Klang Valley. Registered negotiators in Malaysia are registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) and must practise under a registered estate agency. Ask to see the REN tag at any meeting — with us or with anyone else.

Why an independent site exists at all

Developers publish brochures. Portals publish listings. Neither tends to explain, in one place, what a specific project actually costs a buyer from booking to keys, or what the surrounding township is honestly like today rather than in the master plan render.

This site is an attempt at that. Some of what is written here — about an unfinished township, about the gap between marketing figures and approved permits — is not flattering to the sale. That is the point. A buyer who knows the downside before booking does not cancel at signing.

How we are paid

On a new launch, the developer sets a single price list and pays marketing agency commission out of it. You do not pay us, and you do not pay more for the unit by dealing with us than by walking into the sales gallery alone. If anyone tells you an agent's involvement raises your price on a new launch, ask them to show you where in the price list.

What we will not do

• Quote a price we cannot show you in a developer document.
• Manufacture urgency about "the last unit".
• Pass your number to another agent, agency or lead network.
• Keep contacting you once you have asked us to stop.
• Take a booking fee, a deposit, or any payment into a personal account.

We market several residential projects in the Klang Valley, each on its own independent site with the same disclosures. This site covers Linari Kwasa Damansara only. If a different project suits you better, we will say so.

Correcting this site

If you find a figure here that contradicts the developer's approved permit, price list or sale and purchase agreement, tell us. It gets corrected or removed, and the permit wins.
