This website is built, owned and run by the agent. It is not hosted, designed or controlled by the developer, and it is not the developer's corporate website. The developer's sales gallery is at No. 3 (Lot 87237), Persiaran Atmosfera, Kwasa Damansara, Seksyen U4, 40150 Shah Alam, tel 03-7627 2988. You are free to approach them directly.
Who collects your data
Enquiries submitted here go to Lim Wei Liang (REN 69435) only, for the purpose of replying to you. Details are never sold, rented or passed to other agents or lead networks. See the Privacy & PDPA Notice.
What we do and don't do
We do send the developer's e-brochure, floor plans and current price list as issued, and arrange sales gallery appointments. We are paid by the developer; you pay us no agency fee for this project.
We don't take bookings, hold deposits, or confirm pricing and availability. Only the developer can, and only in writing.
